We started in the workshop — rewinding motors and rebuilding generators — then grew into industrial supply. Today we carry VFDs, soft starters and Telecrane radio remotes alongside a full-service repair bench.

From rewinding bench to drive supply.
AS Team Engineering grew out of a small motor-rewinding workshop — the kind of place where local mills, pumps and factories brought burnt-out windings to be brought back to life. Over time customers started asking for more than repair. They needed soft starters for big pump motors, VFDs for fans, radio remotes for cranes.
We listened. Today we supply industrial drive electronics from trusted Chinese OEMs — each chosen because it survives local voltage swings and can be supported with parts on the shelf — and we still run the bench that started it all.
Buy the drive from us, and it goes onto a motor we maintain. When either fails, it comes back to the same team. That is the loop we built the business around.

Measure first
We measure before we quote — insulation, balance, vibration, electrical readings on file for every motor.

Original-spec rebuild
We rewind to original wire gauge and slot count unless an upgrade is requested and justified.

Engineer-to-customer
Quotes come with a sizing conversation, not a price list. The right drive depends on the load.

Stocked & ready
We carry common drive frames, soft starters and remote receivers so production is not waiting on shipping.
